All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time:

2–5 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Punjabi Sikho cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
