Return & Refund Policy

At Punjabi Sikho, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@punjabisikho.co.uk.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Digital downloads and downloadable resources.
• Personalised or customised products.
• Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first.

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Punjabi Sikho Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country where consumer cancellation rights apply, including countries within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@punjabisikho.co.uk.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate the delay.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

Punjabi Sikho Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
